SEMI - COORDINATION

• Preparations are in progress. You have accomplished about 25% of the legwork.
• Ideally - coordination starts from two(2) to six(6) months before the actual date of the event.
• We will take over where you left off and we will be responsible for polishing the details to complete your requirements until the day of the event.

DAY COORDINATION

• About 50% of the requirements have been accomplished.
• Coordination services starts one month before the actual date of the event
• This usually involves finalizing the fine points of the whole program to assure you of a stress-free event. We orchestrate and manage the chronology of activities on the day of your special event as planned and agreed upon.
